All products are stored in our Sydney warehouse. We send our parcels using Australia Post eParcel service.

Orders placed TODAY will be PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS, weekends excluded. Delivery time will depend on your distance from Sydney.

We will email your order tracking information the evening your item is shipped. You will receive a complete replacement or refund in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit.
