Holiday Shipping Times
January is when our office and warehouse staff take annual leave, shipping will be restricted to a few days a week during this time. Feel free to contact us by email or instant messaging during holiday periods.
Australia Post eParcel Service Tracking
A consignment number will be emailed to you by Australia Post as your item scans at their sorting facility. They will contact you again by email or text when it’s onboard for delivery.
Calculated Shipping Charges
SYDNEY customers are charged a single flat rate of $9.99 for items regardless of quantity or weight. Postage charges for OTHER AREAS will be calculated on your cart page after entering your address. Due to extremely high shipping and returns rates, we do not ship to the Northern Territory and remote parts of WA. Some heavy and bulky items may not be available for remote destinations, and please call for a quote. The shipping grid below will give you an indication of delivery times you might expect during regular trading. Please add a few more days for delivery around peak holiday times. For accurate shipping times, follow this link to Australia Post. Some days Australia post will surprise you with deliveries well within the schedule and other times a few days out.
No Free Shipping No First Order Discounts
We try to give our customers our best possible price all year round, not just once they make their first purchase.
Express delivery is available for selected areas only. Your item ships to the nearest express delivery area, and if you’re outside the specific area, your parcel will then go by regular post. According to the Australia Post website, this will still be the fastest option available.
- Your purchase will not be left unattended at the delivery address unless you select “authority to leave” at checkout.
- If your item is lost or damaged during transport, we will cover any loss or damage.
- A signature is required for all deliveries unless you choose “authority to leave.”
